Meet the Owner
Hi! My name is David Saidi. I am the owner of Pegasus Carpet Care. This company was started out of the back of my Ford Explorer back in 1993 with a portable steam cleaning machine. I didn't know a thing about carpet cleaning or repairs at the time. I did know however, that I had a vision and the drive to see that vision through. My goal at the time, was to first support myself and second, to build a service oriented business which I could be proud of.
Going against the competition
I wanted my customers to know that I had their best interest at heart and that the service I could provide them, was better than the bigger companies in town. This was obviously a lofty goal considering the competition in San Antonio, from national carpet cleaning companies. Now 20 years later, I am a believer that we are achieving our goal. Notice the change from "I" to "we".
Pegasus today
Our company has grown now to 6 truck mounted steam cleaning vans. We service the entire San Antonio area and our reach extends as far up as Austin and as far South as Laredo. Carpet Cleaning is our forte, but we are well skilled in carpet repairs, duct cleaning, pet odor removal, emergency water extraction and upholstery cleaning. We have made it a point to train our technicians solely with the mindset that our customers mean everything to us.

These suggestions are SOLEY meant to ensure that the finished product is satisfactory for our customers. If all suggestions of cleaning are met AT THE TIME of service, and there is an evident problem with the carpet the next day, we will gladly come back at no charge and remedy the problem.
